What if Sonar 6 …
What if Sonar 6 tells the CEO that an employee is doing badly even though the boss directly above him knows that’s complete bullshit? So the CEO sends an order down the chain to fire the peon because some dumb computer illiterate manager clicked on the wrong thing. But the CEO won’t back away from his decision because he’s too proud to admit that using a stupid program to monitor his employees rather than asking the bosses who actually work with the employees is a bad idea.

I’ve worked for companies that use similar programs for hiring practises. It takes an act of God for the manager to override the computer if it doesn’t like a person, even when that person had worked for the company before and was an outstanding employee. It’s too easy for executives to turn everything over to a computer rather than having to deal with their employees directly.
