		<description>&lt;b&gt;What if Sonar 6 ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; What if Sonar 6 tells the CEO that an employee is doing badly even though the boss directly above him knows that&#039;s complete bullshit? So the CEO sends an order down the chain to fire the peon because some dumb computer illiterate manager clicked on the wrong thing. But the CEO won&#039;t back away from his decision because he&#039;s too proud to admit that using a stupid program to monitor his employees rather than asking the bosses who actually work with the employees is a bad idea.</description>

It takes an act of God for the manager to override the computer if it doesn&#039;t like a person, even when that person had worked for the company before and was an outstanding employee. It&#039;s too easy for executives to turn everything over to a computer rather than having to deal with their employees directly.</description>
