  1. Just want to share my experience..

I started working in the family business after I completed my university education and I have been working there ever since. For a while I felt it was hard to improve our business skills and get through new ideas. It was not that we had problem with the collaboration, but it was our leadership that just didn’t bring us where we wanted. So I started to read books, blogs and news. In 2006, I decide to try out an event about leadership in Sydney that really made me believe in my family company again. We became a member of FBA (Family Business Australia) that gave us access to several events and advisors. It made us to what we are today, and finally we have reached some of our goals.

  2. Hey,

Because I my family’s company has also been a member of FBA, I also decided to share my experience with you.My family has been running a small business for couple of years. Because the beginning wasn’t smooth and easy, we decided to seek some professional advice and came across Family Business Australia. After becoming a member, they provided us with a great support and advice how to run our business successfully. If you run a family business and are not sure if you are on a right track, or need a professional advice, don’t hesitate to join FBA.
Thanks to the FBA’s support and education programs, our family business has been enjoying prosperity and growth. check out their website http://www.fambiz.org.au to see how they can help you!
